We examine common stressors in the workplace, the influence of co-workers and organizational factors on stress, and discuss various management strategies. The course underscores the value of organizational commitment, social support, and self-care practices in mitigating stress. It culminates with guidance on crafting a personal stress management plan, and concludes with an interactive session for sharing experiences and insights about workplace stress.
